The design just feels messy and outdated, honestly. I don’t know what whoever runs this is thinking, but it could really use a cleaner, more modern update.

I really wanted to like this, but the strap started cracking after just a few wears and feels cheap. For the price, I expected it to hold up much better. I reached out to support and the reply was basically along the lines of, “sorry to hear that, normal wear can vary,” which didn’t really make me feel any better. Disappointed overall

The text is really tiny and a bit confusing. I had to look at it for around a minute just to figure out what it was trying to say.

I got my watch from momentumwatch it’s decent overall. It looks good and feels nice enough, but the timekeeping is kind of where it lets me down. After a few days, it starts running a little fast, so I have to keep adjusting it, which makes me dramatically sigh every time like it’s the end of the world. It’s not a massive deal or anything, but I really expected it to be more accurate. Overall, it’s fine, just not the amazing, flawless little time machine I was hoping for.

The watch feels solid and the materials seem decent for the price, so at first I was happy with it. But after looking closer, something feels a little off. The clasp on mine had a small rough edge, and there was a tiny mark on the case. It still looks good overall, but I expected the quality control to be a bit cleaner.

Watch showed up in a thin, barely padded box. Outer package was crushed, and the inside felt cheap. Not what I expected for a watch order. Annoying.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying this — it feels cheaply made. I wasn’t expecting top-tier quality, but it seems flimsy and not very durable. I’d be careful before spending your money on it.

I got this Momentum watch mainly for everyday wear and the occasional swim. It held up fine with rain, washing my hands, and a few quick dips, so I figured it would be okay in the pool too. After wearing it swimming a couple times though, I started seeing a little fog under the glass, which was annoying. Now I have to baby it more than I expected and deal with contacting support, which feels like extra work for something that’s supposed to be water resistant. Customer support did reply, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. The watch still works, so it’s not a total loss, but I definitely expected better. 3 stars

Warranty support was frustrating. I had to keep explaining the same issue over and over, and it never really felt like anyone was actually helping. In the end, it felt kind of useless...

It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I expected

I tried reaching out to Momentum Watches about my order and, wow, what an experience. The replies were slow, and when they finally did show up, they basically said the same thing over and over without actually fixing anything. Super helpful, if your idea of help is being politely ignored. It felt like they were just hoping I’d give up and disappear. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from them again

It works okay overall, but I started noticing marks on it fast. Maybe I'm being picky, but I feel like it shouldn't show wear that soon, right?

I wanted to like this, but after using it for a while my wrist started to hurt. For me, a product should be comfortable and not leave you feeling worse just for using it normally. It might be okay for short periods, but I wouldn’t feel right recommending it if you need something for longer use.

I went in looking for a specific part, i left disappointed. Maybe I’m just used to places having more stock on hand, but it felt like they didn’t really have much of anything available. Not my first choice if I need something quickly.

Shipping took way longer than I thought it would, and the updates weren't really clear either. i probly wouldn't order again if I needed something anytime soon.
